Personal Information Collection and Usage Policy
In accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, Parklon established the following personal information policy for disclosure, with the goal of protecting personal information of its holders and rapidly and effectively process related complaints.
Under this personal information policy, Parklon clarifies how and where your personal information is used, and what steps it takes to protect your personal information.
Agreement on Collection of Personal Information
Parklon provides its customers with an opportunity to click on “I Agree” or “I Do Not Agree” button to indicate their preference on personal information collection. Clicking on the “I Agree” button will be considered as the customer allowing Parklon to collect his or her personal information.
* This service (website) does not collect personal information of children under fourteen (14) years of age. The website does not post or provide information that can be harmful to children.
Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information
Parklon’s website collects the minimum personal information from you that is required for service operation.
The processed personal information is not used for purposes other than those listed below. In case such purposes are changed, Parklon will solicit additional agreement from you and take other measures in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

2. Method of Personal Information Collection
Parklon only collects personal information that is voluntarily and specifically provided by the user.
3. Usage Purpose of Personal Information
Parklon uses the collected personal information for the following purposes
① Responding to customer inquiry e-mails.
4. Right to Refuse and Related Disadvantages
You are able to refuse to Parklon’s collection of personal information. In case of refusal, however, customer inquiry services cannot be provided to you.
5. Retention Period and Disposal of Personal Information
① Retained Information: Name, address, mobile phone number, e-mail address.
② Reason for Retention: Customer inquiry.
③ Retention Period: One (1) year.
5-1. Process for Disposing of Personal Information
Information you provided to us for membership registration and for other reasons will be relocated to a separate database (a separate document cabinet in case the information was provided on paper) after the objective has been fulfilled. Afterwards, the information will be retained for a specified period of time and disposed of as mandated by information protection laws, other laws (refer to “Retention and Usage Period), and company policy.
Unless otherwise required by law, personal information relocated to a separate database will not be used for purposes other than the purpose of retention.
5-2. Method of Disposal
Personal information retained as electronic files will be deleted using technical methods that do not allow restoration of records.

그 밖의 기술적 장치를 이용하여 전자우편주소를 수집하여서는 아니된다.
2. 누구든지 제1항을 위반하여 수집된 전자우편주소를 판매·유통하여서는 아니 된다.
3. 누구든지 제1항과 제2항에 따라 수집 및 판매 및 유통이 금지된 전자우편주소임을 알면서 이를 정보 전송에
이용하여서는 아니 된다.
